These arthropods are often found in the garden, under rocks and in the dirt. I was surprised to learn that they’re venomous and can inflict a painful bite. I’ve never really handled them, and now I’m glad! They are a bright red and move quickly. They prey on small invertebrates, including warms, spiders, and bugs.
