Cooper's Hawk

Hawks are hard to identify. Their colorations and patterns can vary, and juveniles of one might look like adults of another. That all being said, I’m fairly certain that the photos below are all Cooper’s Hawks. They’re gorgeous birds. I try not to get too annoyed when one uses our backyard bird feeders as a cafeteria. As you can see, they sometimes land on our deck and feeders.
